Shipping & delivery
How discreet is your shipping?
Plain corrugated box with no logos or brand markings. Return address shows 'Lemonvibrator, Inc.' Customs labels are discrete and professional.
How fast does it ship?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited (1–2 days) available at checkout. International orders typically 5–10 business days with duties prepaid.
Do you ship internationally?
Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. We prepay all duties upfront so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return shipping. We accept returns on used products — refunds are not contingent on condition. All returned units are recycled responsibly.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on every device. Covers manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery issues, and silicone separation. We replace or repair at no shipping cost.
What if my device arrives damaged?
Email support@lemonvibrator.com with photos and your order number. We ship a replacement the same day in most cases, with a prepaid return label included.

What materials are used?
FDA-registered medical-grade platinum-cured silicone, polycarbonate core, and rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Phthalate-free, BPA-free, and latex-free. Full material details on each product page.
Is it waterproof?
Yes — IPX7 rated and fully submersible up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Safe for shower, bath, and poolside play.
How quiet is it?
33–48 dB depending on intensity setting — quieter than a hushed conversation. Motor noise is independently verified by an audiology lab.
Using your device
How long does the battery last?
Up to 120 minutes per charge, depending on intensity level. Fully charges in 90 minutes using the included USB-C magnetic charger.
How do I clean it?

Can I travel with it?
Yes — TSA-friendly, comes with a silk travel pouch, and includes a travel lock (hold the power button for 5 seconds) to prevent accidental activation.
